As an accredited conservation architect Richard has been responsible for the design and delivery of many of the practices landmark buildings.  His strenghts lie in an ability to understand detailed design and buildability, and he is frequently undertakes internal design and specification audits.               

Richards key skills are in the design of sensitive contemporary proposals in conservation areas, alterations, extensions and renovations of Listed Builidngs detailed design and specification and technical evaluation of emerging planning proposals.                                          

A member of the Green Register, Richard also has input into BREEAM assessments for commercial and residential properties.
