Avonside, Chippenham

Aaron Evans Architects were appointed by Greensquare Group, on behalf of Westlea Housing Association, to design a 'landmark' residential building on the site of an existing hostel. 

The houses are built to code for sustainable homes level 4. The high quality of the design and build of these new homes, which include large windows that let in plenty of natural light maximises the riverside views and this gateway new development is an attractive, prominent land mark development at the entrance to Chippenham Town Centre.
