The Corridor

The Corridor is a grade II Listed shopping arcade. Interventions have included works to the fabric of the shops and enhancements to The Corridor thoroughfare. New shopfronts in a late-Victorian style have replaced inappropriate 20th century frontages. Rear extensions of little architectural merit have been reconstructed with new roofs and rooflights. The Corridor has been cleaned, redecorated and the lighting re-organised.
