The practice was asked to develop a masterplan and site development strategy to restore this former MOD site, back to its former use and explore further opportunties for residential development within the grounds. Combining existing structures,13 dwellings have been created. The designs reflect the sensitive approach to the redevelopment, using traditional materials and forms, to form a subtle contemporary look. Listed Building consent was granted in October 2010 with Planning Consent granted May 2011 following completion of a S106 Agreement.
