Home Farm, Upper Wraxall, Wiltshire

The practice successfully negotiated detailed planning consent for a new residential development within the setting of listed farm buildings. The farm itself was no longer commercially visable and a vase of redevelopment was put forward by the farmer in conjunction with Countryside Properties to North Wiltshire District Council.

Following extensive negotiations permission was granted for design proposals based on a contemporary interpretation of the traditional vernacular.
