Sustainable House at Little End, Marshfield
Following a successful planning application in July 2004, The project was completed in 2007. The project aims to be an exemplar for sustainable development and has achieved an 'excellent' Ecohome rating. The scheme incorporates passive solar design, passive ventialtion, CHP, grey water recycling, low embodied energy materials, local sourcing of materials and excellent life cycle costings.
