Aaron Evans Architects were appointed by MultiDevelopments to design the residential fit out of the new Southgate retail development in Bath.
The scheme comprises 99 one and two beroom apartments at second and third floor levels arranged over four of the new blocks. The accomodation includes 25 affordable units for rent and shared ownership. The project required careful co-ordination with the base build retail construction currently on site.
