GreenSquare Frame work
We are pleased to announce that Aaron Evans Architects Ltd have been appointed to the GreenSquare Architectural Framework.
In March 2010, Aaron Evans Architects Ltd achieved detailed planning permission for Westlea Housing Association for a terrace of 9 new family homes at Avonside, Westmead Lane, in Chippenham. The landmark scheme situated in a Conservation Area on the banks of the River Avon was designed to meet Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and is currently under construction, and was completed in May 2011.
The appointment of the Framework builds upon the firm's strong track record of designing and delivering high quality, affordable housing for a number of social housing providers over the past 20 years in Bath and the South West, including the recent completion of 25 affordable apartments within the new Southgate development for Multi.
Director, Kevin Murphy, said 'we are very excited by this appointment and very much look forward to working in partnership with GreenSquare in delivering much needed innovative and sustainable new homes in the region'.
